Leading Flooring Distributor Galleher Expands Pacific Northwest Presence

PORTLAND (March 21, 2022) Galleher, LLC, the largest flooring distributor on the west coast and third largest in the U.S., is expanding its presence in Oregon by opening a full-service branch in Portland. This expansion comes on the heels of its acquisition of West Valley Hardwood, a leading distributor of hardwood flooring and installation supplies throughout Washington and Oregon. Portland will be the second branch office in the Pacific Northwest in addition to the Galleher office in Fife, Washington.

“The Pacific Northwest area is critically important to our customer’s growth and flooring needs, and this expansion into Portland will allow us to better service the flooring and installation needs of all our customers,” said Ted Stocich, Galleher’s Regional Manager overseeing the Pacific Northwest operation.

The new full-service branch in Portland supporting flooring retailers, flooring contractors and commercial contractors (through Galleher’s commercial flooring division, Galleher Commercial) will be a one-stop shop for all commercial and residential flooring needs. Galleher’s proprietary hardwood brands include Monarch Plank and Reward Flooring, as well as GemCore, a leading brand of a wide range of resilient flooring options. Galleher also distributes key flooring brands like Boen and Indusparquet, as well as installation brands Bona, Bostik, DuraSeal, Basic Coatings, 3M and Schonox.

Galleher’s new 22,000-foot branch will include a sales showroom, warehouse, and will-call area. Galleher is committed to providing all the flooring and installation products and value-added services necessary to help Galleher’s customers keep the promises they make to their customers.

PHOENIX (February 15, 2022) Galleher, LLC, the largest flooring distributor on the west coast and third largest in the U.S., is expanding its presence in Arizona by opening its second full-service branch in the Deer Valley area of North Phoenix.

“The Arizona market is critically important to our customer’s growth and flooring needs, and this second branch is necessary to provide our customers with an additional, convenient one-stop shop for their flooring product and installation needs,” said Louis  Gordillo, Galleher’s division manager overseeing the Arizona operation.

Santa Fe Springs, CALIF., September 2021– Galleher, LLC (“Galleher”) one of the top-5 flooring distributors in the U.S. announced the strategic acquisition of Trinity Hardwood Distributors (“Trinity Hardwood.”) Founded in 1977, Trinity Hardwood is one of the largest suppliers of hardwood in Texas, with locations in every major Texas metroplex.

Ted Kozikowski will lead flooring distributor Galleher LLC

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. (November 19, 2020) – Galleher LLC has named Ted Kozikowski as its new President & CEO. Kozikowski most recently served as President & CEO at Keyes Packaging Group and has served previously as President at Plastimayd LLC and Oldcastle Architectural, Inc. He assumed his new role at Galleher on November 16, 2020. Jeff Hamar will transition from President & CEO to Executive Chairman of Galleher.

Kozikowski brings to Galleher over two decades of senior-level leadership and success in the building products industry. His experience in complex, global supply chain organization and distribution has met with proven success in building longtime partnerships, managing fast-growing operations and positioning companies for future growth.

Galleher Acquires Utah Based Sunwood Distribution

Santa Fe Springs, California, February 2020 – Galleher LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sunwood Distribution in Midvale, Utah. Founded in 2007, Sunwood is a well-established flooring supply distributor in the Salt Lake City area that services the Utah and Idaho markets with hard surface flooring and installation supplies. The acquisition provides an opportunity to combine Sunwood’s impeccable local service and relationships with Galleher’s deep breadth of products, inventory and sourcing capabilities.
