Galleher Commercial will be distributing the popular Durafit 62, Technics 68 and 80 brands of commercial carpet underlay. The Technics line of products is perfect for high traffic commercial areas, as it is a high specification twin scrim underlay using the unique Textron® backing to provide exceptional dimensional stability. The Durafit Rubber Crumb System has been successfully used for prestigious carpet installations world-wide for over 35 years.
Duralay underlay products are found in some of the worlds most respected settings, like Buckingham Palace and the Sydney Opera House in Australia.

Interfloor takes their environmental and ethical responsibilities very seriously. In the last few years they have achieved a number of significant milestones.
Increasing the proportion of underlays manufactured from recycled products from 16% to 70%+ since 2008
Interfloor manufactures most of their underlays from recycled material. Their crumb rubber and PU foam underlays contain approximately 80% recycled content. The crumb rubber is made from recycled car tires.
Reducing factory emissions by over 90%
In 2008 Interfloor invested £3.5m in regenerative thermal oxidisers (RTOs) to eliminate odor, oil particles and VOCs.
Green Label Plus
Duralay underlays hold the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) Green Label Plus accreditation, meaning the products conform to the CRI’s high standards for indoor air quality and low VOC emissions.
Industry Awards
As recognition for technical excellence, Interfloor have recently been given two prestigious awards from respected names in the industry.
Earlier this month they were named winner of Underlay Manufacturer/Supplier of the Year.
And in August, they were also given a Flooring Innovation Award 2021 for our latest Tredaire underlay, renu®.
